What Does JTBD Coordinate in an International Project?
JTBD develops and coordinates international technology, infrastructure and innovation projects. We turn an identified need into a practical concept, connect commercial, research and institutional partners, and align activities, responsibilities, budgets and milestones. Our work covers market feasibility, pilot preparation, digital transformation, circular business models and investment readiness. During implementation, we coordinate meetings, track progress and support reporting.
Assignments include biotechnology market-feasibility work in Asia and Latin America, ongoing research coordination in Kenya, and preparation of water and energy initiatives in Africa and the Middle East. We also help shape projects around industrial AI, construction digitalisation and resource-efficient technologies. In Mexico, our early evaluation of AI data centre opportunities brings together site, power, water and connectivity information. Each assignment has an agreed scope and deliverables.
