Gerald is a business entrepreneur with both strategic and operational consulting experience, and has 18+ year experience working for the majority in the Asian region, with major focus on Hong Kong and China, starting in a corporate environment of one of the largest technology operators, followed by participating in new startups and soon after as partial business owner and entrepreneur, distributing Consumer Products in Retail in Hong Kong, China and Europe. During that time, he also engaged with world famous international brands, to handle their local brand awareness building through marketing, brand licensing and distribution. As Managing Director of an innovative trading company, Gerald is well connected within the business community, governments and financial institutions.

Today, Gerald has a strong and proven track record in understanding, building and maintaining large distribution networks and setting up operational platforms, inspiring and managing teams and companies from corporate strategy to goal oriented execution strategy. Farrukh EHSAN

Engr. Farrukh Ehsan is an Agricultural Engineer and Project Manager with over 10 years of experience in research, teaching, and international project coordination across agritech, renewable energy, and sustainability sectors. He holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Agricultural Engineering and has served as a Lecturer at MNS University of Agriculture, Multan, while previously working with the Pakistan Agricultural Research Council (PARC), contributing to national-level projects in technology deployment and postharvest management.

He has authored several research publications in international journals and contributed to funded projects supporting sustainable agricultural and engineering solutions. At JT Business Development, he supports global projects by coordinating activities and ensuring structured delivery across international partnerships, helping translate innovative technologies into practical, implementable solutions.
